Terms of Service:
Ongoing communication
Please direct all ongoing communications to Nick on 0434 791 357.
Technicians’ phones are used for outgoing calls only and are not monitored for inbound queries. Do not book additional sessions before checking with us, as unsolicited bookings may be cancelled. When emailing, please keep all replies on a single thread.
Zero-tolerance policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive language, threats, or harassment toward our staff. If this occurs, we will terminate your case immediately with no refund, no exceptions.
We have a duty under Work Health and Safety laws to provide a safe workplace, including managing psychosocial risks such as aggression and harassment. See the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and related regulations and guidance from Safe Work Australia. This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This booking is for a technician social media account recovery engagement for a disabled Instagram or Facebook account, with up to 60 minutes of total technician time. This time may be delivered as one or more calls, plus behind the scenes preparation and case work. It is not a guaranteed single 60 minute live call, as many customers achieve a result in the first session.
For disabled Instagram and Facebook accounts, there is no money back guarantee and no guarantee that your account will be reinstated, because Meta alone controls that decision. You are paying for our expertise, experience, and reserved technician time, not a guaranteed outcome. Our separate money back guarantee applies only to eligible hacked account recovery services, not to disabled account recovery matters.
Attendance: If you miss your start time and do not respond within 15 minutes after two call attempts, a voicemail, and an SMS, your booking is treated as a no-show, your session is forfeited, and a $289 + GST (total $317.90) cancellation fee applies.
Notice: We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule your engagement to another available time.
Refunds and cancellation fee: Once you have paid and booked, you agree to these booking terms. Because we hold a qualified technician for your reserved time, bookings are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, and in these cases a cancellation fee equal to the call cost of $289 + GST (total $317.90) applies.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Under the ACL, refunds are not required for change of mind or client-initiated cancellations where services have been provided with due care and skill. Reasonable cancellation fees that reflect a genuine pre-estimate of loss are permitted under ACCC guidance. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any rights you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.
By engaging our services and making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
